What the payment is for
You can always type your options by hand, on any number of lists, for free. The paid part is the shortcut: PickChill can read a photo of a menu, a page you pasted, or a voice note, and turn it into a list of options for you.
A free account can do that 5 times a day. The unlock removes that daily limit for good, on one payment of $9.99.
PickChill never picks for you. It reads a list and tidies it up. Every comparison and every pick is yours.
Fair-use limits
"No daily limit" is not the same as no limit at all. Monthly fair-use limits stay in place for everyone, paid or free, so that one account cannot run up costs that the price was never meant to cover. They are, per rolling 30 days:
- 500 lists read from text you paste
- 30 lists read from an image
- 300 lists read from a voice note
These are far above normal use - a free account cannot reach any of them, because 5 a day is the tighter limit. They exist to stop abuse, not to meter you.
How to buy
Sign in, open your profile, and the unlock is there. It also appears on the day you actually run out, at the point where it helps - and nowhere else, because buying does not fix any other limit.
Payment is handled by Paddle, who are the seller of record. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars, and tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
Refunds
Ask within 30 days and you get your money back. Email support@pickchill.com from the address on your account. The full policy is on the Refunds page, and the Terms cover the rest.
