Terms of Service

PickChill ("PickChill", "we", "us") is a decision-making tool operated by Aviv Rotshas, an individual trader based in Greece. By creating an account or using the service at pickchill.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PickChill helps you compare a set of options one pair at a time and reach a top pick. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may change or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time. Where a change affects a feature you paid for, section 5 and the Refund Policy apply.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must give accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Use PickChill for your own decisions. Do not misuse the service - for example, do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and do not use it to store or process unlawful content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Some features may require a one-time payment (an "unlock"). If you buy an unlock:

• You are paying for access to the feature as it exists at the time of purchase. This is a one-time unlock, not a lifetime guarantee and not a promise that the feature or the service will remain available for any particular length of time.
• We may change how a paid feature works, or discontinue it. If we discontinue a paid feature you bought, or shut the service down, we will refund recent purchases as described in the Refund Policy.
• "Unlimited" use, where offered, is subject to a fair-use limit to prevent abuse and to protect the service. Normal personal use is never affected.
• Your purchase is made through Paddle, our payment provider, who is the seller of record for the transaction and whose own terms apply to the sale. Prices are shown before you pay, and any applicable tax is added by Paddle at checkout. We never receive or store your card details.

Some features use automated processing to turn your text or speech into a list of options. This automated step only tidies your input into options - it never makes the decision, ranks your options, or picks for you. Every pick is yours. Automated output can be imperfect; you review and edit the options before anything is saved. Text or audio you submit to these features is processed by third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your decisions, options, and other content are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store and display your decisions). We handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will suit your purposes.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to a nominal amount). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know (for example, a notice in the app or by email). Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we end your access to a paid feature other than for a breach by you, the Refund Policy applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection available to you where you live. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or anywhere else whose law gives you protections that cannot be contracted away, you keep them in full, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
